To be fit is not enough to be able to play Basketball at a high level. To perform a wide range of technical skills you need to work on certain specific movements. We offer regular baskeball specific movement and strength and conditioning by qualified personal trainers who have had a basketball coaching background. It will not only help the players to improve their individual skills to be better in the air and beat their opponents in their 1on1 drills, but also help them to prevent injuries over the course of their basketball experience.
