Working hours:         Full time

                                    Coaching hours – up to 12 hours per week plus 6 hours preparation per week

                                    Refereeing hours – could be up to 4 hours per week

                                    Admin hours – 18 hours per week flexible hours from home

                                    Part time roles can be considered

Salary:                        £18,525 to £28,080 annually depending on experience

Job description

Fastbreak Basketball is looking for someone with good basketball knowledge, enthusiasm and love of coaching children of all abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills to manage administration of the club. The successful candidate will be working in our Community Clubs in Cambourne, Northstowe and St Neots. The candidate will have dual role and it is expected to run on-court coaching sessions and handle administration support for the club from their own home. The candidate will be working closely with all other coaches, referees and volunteers and will have the key role in coordinating all activities within FastBreak Basketball.

Requirements

• Essential – An apprentice role could be offered until these qualifications are obtained
  • L2 Coaching Qualification from Basketball England
  • L2 Refereeing Qualifications from Basketball England
  • Valid First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications
  • Driving License
• Desirable
  • Reasonable Computer literacy such as Excel, Word and Social Media
  • Playing experience at very high level
