The 2026 Fastbreak League has come to a successful conclusion, bringing together clubs from across the region for a season of competitive basketball, player development, and community engagement.
Alongside our traditional league format, this year also featured Mix & Match development events for U10, U11 and U12 players, providing younger participants with valuable game experience in a fun and supportive environment.
We were delighted to welcome teams from the following clubs:
Stortford Vikings, Mildenhall Jets, Cambourne Falcons, St Neots Eagles, Northstowe Kites, and Cambridge Kestrels.
The U14 league consisted of a group stage followed by semi-finals between the top two teams. The competition showcased a high standard of play throughout.
Final standings:
The U16 league featured five teams competing in a round-robin group stage, with the top two teams progressing to the final.
Final result:
We would like to thank all players, coaches, referees, table officials, and families for their continued support and contribution throughout the season. Their commitment and enthusiasm have been key to the league’s success.
Fastbreak Basketball remains committed to providing high-quality competitive opportunities alongside development pathways for players of all levels. We look forward to building on this success in future competitions.
